Sri Lanka serial blasts: Security checks intensifies in Chennai Railway stations
Security checks have beefed up in Chennai railway stations after the Sri Lanka serial blasts that happened last Sunday.

Last week's serial blasts that ripped Sri Lanka, claimed more than 250 lives. The serial blasts that took placed in 3 churches and 5 star-hotels was claimed to be conducted by a 9 member-IS extremists including 2 women.
Fearing such similar attacks that could be aimed at neighbouring countries, the security checks were beefed up all over India, especially in Tamil Nadu.
In this regard, the Chennai railway stations have intensified the security measures. RPF (Railway Police Force) and Railway Police were engaged in full swing from April 26, sources said.
