The flag-off of the eighth edition of Oktoberfest celebrations at a prominent hotel in the city revelled in all things German.

The start to the folk festival was an elegant affair, which saw several consular generals, and prominent personalities from various fields in attendance. German Consul General Karin Stoll took part in the festivities along with other guests.
