Chennai-B’luru flight delayed

Chennai-Bengaluru Air India flight was delayed after a passenger suffered breathing problems when the flight was about to take off on Saturday morning.

The flight to Bangalore was scheduled to depart at 7 am with 84 passengers. When the aircraft began to move on the runway, Sujith Sunil (44) of Chennai suffered breathing problems. Soon, the pilot was informed and after informing the ATC, the plane was stopped on the runway and it was towed back to the bay. The medical team, who rushed to the spot, said that Sujith needs immediate treatment. He was then admitted to a private hospital at Chennai airport. Later, the flight departed to Bengaluru with the remaining passengers at 8 am.
