CMRL to hold drawing competition

An official release said that the themes would be Metro train, station and virtual reality. It would be held at Central, Egmore, Shenoy Nagar, Anna Nagar Tower, Koyambedu, Vadapalani, Ashok Nagar, St Thomas Mount, Airport, Saidapet, Teynampet, Thousand Lights, Government Estate, Mannadi, and Washermenpet stations. Each Metro station would award 20 medals and certificates. The selected 20 paintings from each Metro station would be displayed for the commuters to vote from February 3.

The cash awards and certificates would be given at a ceremony to be conducted at Central Metro on February 9. Chennai Art School would provide a chart paper to the participants, whereas, drawing pad and art materials should be brought by participants.
