371 Indians arrive on 3 special flights
As many as 371 Indians from Kuwait, Abu Dhabi and Kenya arrived at the Chennai airport on Tuesday night and Wednesday.

The first flight from Kuwait arrived with 177 Indians on board at around 9.30 pm. Sources said all of them were employees of a private firm and were taken to hotels in Chennai after clearing the Customs and Immigration checks. The COVID-19 test of all the passengers will be done in the hotels where they are quarantined, sources said.
The second flight from Abu Dhabi arrived with 167 Indians, including 13 children, in the wee hours of Wednesday. All the passengers, after completing the COVID-19 swab test along with the Customs and Immigration checkup were taken to quarantine camps in special vehicles. 76 of them chose the free stay while the rest of them were taken to hotels in Chennai.
The third flight to land was one from Kenya on Wednesday morning, which arrived with 27 Indians. After completing the formalities, all the passengers were taken to quarantine. Sources said eight passengers chose the free stay while others decided to stay in hotels.
