Three teachers booked for beating UKG kid over incorrect cursive writing
Thiru Vi Ka Nagar police have registered a case against three teachers of a city private school under the Juvenile Justice Act for allegedly beating a UKG student for not getting cursive writing right.

Chennai: The teachers of the school on Papermills Road, P Princy (26) of Kolathur, and B Indianavon (66) and R Mona Ferrara (47) of Madhavaram, were released on bail on Saturday. Around 11 am on April 9, the child’s mother received a phone call from the school. She rushed there to find found him crying and gasping for breath, and took him to a hospital. Based on the Child Welfare Committee’s report, Thiru VI Ka Nagar police booked the teachers on Saturday.
