Was stone-hearted before killing: Student murderer's confession
He was nabbed in the early hours of Friday.
CHENNAI: Hours after the arrest of Railway station murder accused, Sathish, he has made chilling confessions on what went through him while committing the crime.
Sathish (31) was arrested at Thoraipakkam on Friday after being on the run since Thursday afternoon. After being probed for hours, he confessed that he planned to kill Sathya (20) making himself "stonehearted".
He said he decided to kill her since she kept scorning his advances. Sathish said "If Sathya cannot be mine, she can't be anyone else's that is why I decided to kill her".

On Thursday noon, while Sathya, a B Com second year student, was waiting for train at the St. Thomas Mount railway station where she usually boards an EMU to T Nagar. When the 20-year-old was with her friends, Sathish begun alternating with her.

In a fit of rage while arguing Sathish is said to have pushed Sathya to the track where a speeding local train towards Tambaram approached.
After committing the crime Sathish fled the spot and 4 special teams were deployed to nab him.
