Musical extravaganza kicks off

Organised by Shanti Sadhana Sangam of the law firm Surana & Surana International Attorneys (SSIA), the opening night saw award-winning vocalist Sudha Raghunathan treat the audience with her elaborate Amruthavarshini piece and a cheerful Atana. Sudha was also honoured for her recent performance at the United Nations. 

Among those enjoying the gala was A. Philip A Min, Consul General, Consulate General of the United States of America, who was accompanied by his wife Eun Young Lee. The couple looked picture perfect in colour-coordinated, traditional ensembles. S. Anantharaman, Chief Operations Manager, Southern Railways, also addressed the gathering applauding the efforts of the SSIA. Entry is free to the concerts, which will be held from 6 pm to 8.30 pm, every weekend, throughout November.
