Cops win hearts for helping woman in distress

In a Facebook post, she talks about how the cops helped rebuild her faith in humanity. Since being shared on February 2, the post has collected over 62,000 reactions and more than 10,500 shares. “I was stuck on road at 1.30 am,” says Kamboj. She then adds that she tried calling for help but the car services she contacted, as expected, were asking for unreasonable rates. That’s when a Police Control Room (PCR) vehicle spotted her car and offered help. 

Not only did the cops help change the flat tyre but also ensured Kamboj and her co-passenger reached home safely. In her post, Kamboj also shared pictures of the police officers. “Thank you so much ASI Om Prakash & ASI Daya Kishan — Police Station — Pul Prahalad Pur,” she says, tagging Delhi Police in her post. Several people have showered praise on the officers and also shared their own experiences with the Police.
