Thalapathy 65 to switch from Murugadoss to Magizh Thirumeni?

Soon after a popular source on Friday evening informed that AR Murugadoss has backed out of 'Thalapathy' Vijay's next film bankrolled by Sun Pictures #Thalapathy65 started trending on Twitter.

The recent updates suggest that Magizh Thirumeni may replace Murugadoss, as Vijay was mighty pleased with all the three lines narrated by the former.

It was said that Magizh was the one who should've worked on Thalapathy 64, which now is Master directed by Lokesh Kanagaraj, owing to his committment with Udhayanidhi Stalin, Magizh lost the contention for Thalapathy 64.

Now that Udhay is working on Article 15 remake directed by Arunraja Kamaraj and will soon go on campaigning for DMK as the party's youth wing secretary, Magizh may well start working with Vijay.

Murugadoss backed out of the project due to creative differences with Vijay, as some allege, while some mutter that Sun Pictures had a misunderstanding with the director.

The pair is known for blockbusters like Thuppakki and Kaththi. Though many of twitteratis cheered on prospect of Magizh coming on board as they wished their star to work with young directors, some were disappointed with this successful duo parting ways.

If Magizh gets to direct the film, it is a clear message from Vijay showing interest to collaborate with upcoming young filmmakers.
