Varuthapadadha Valibar Sangam actor Thavasi is in an unrecognizable condition due to cancer: Requests for financial aid

Actor Soori, who has worked with Thavasi in the film 'Varuthapadadha Vaalibar Sangam' has now come forward to help the actor with Rs 20,000 financial aid.

Actor Thavasi made his mark in Kollywood industry through his popular dialogue in Sivakarthikeyan's hit film 'Varuthapadadha Vaalibar Sangam'. His dialogue "Karuppan kusumbukaaran" became an instant hit among the audience. He has also acted in supporting roles in films like Komban, Azhagarsamyin Kuthirai and Rajinikanth's 'Annaatthe'. 

However, Kollywood fans are now shocked to see Thavasi's current look. A video has been going viral in social media, in which the actor is unrecognizable. He looked bald and very lean in the video. The actor says he has been suffering from cancer. In the viral video, the actor is seen seeking for financial help for the expenses of his treatment. 

Reportedly,Thavasi had met with a road accident in September 2019. He and his crew members were left with serious injuries after the accident. 

Actor Soori, who has worked with Thavasi in the film 'Varuthapadadha Vaalibar Sangam' has now come forward to help the actor with Rs 20,000 financial aid. Soori has also agreed to fund the meals of Thavasi and his helper in the hospital. After Soori, actor Sivakarthikeyan has reportedly helped the actor with financial aid.
