Talking to reporters after visiting Jisha's mother at hospital, he asked whether the UDF government had the will and was sincere to entrust the investigation with a new team, as only with that the culprit would be brought to book.
The stand and arguments of Kerala Chief Minister Oommen Chandy and Home Minister Ramesh Chennithala, who had waited for such a long time in this case, could not be justified.
''If the Kerala Chief Minister was an efficient one, could such incident happen?'' he asked.
''If such an inefficient government failed to understand the problems of people in Kerala, such incidents would happen again and again,''he further charged.
He said,''If the Police had taken more initiative, the culprit could have been booked.
