Privilege issue moved against Kiran Bedi

In a joint memorandum signed by legislators Lakshminarayanana, Theepanjan, Balan, Jayamurthy, Anantharaman, Dhanavelu, Vijayaveni (All belonging to Congress) and Geetha Anand (DMK) and submitted to Speaker V Vaithilingam, they said that the Lt Governor for quite some time has been acting in such a way to lower the freedom of the legislative Assembly.

Bedi has cast a shame on the house by lowering the dignity of the House, the legislators said in their petition.
