DMK chief MK Stalin, who addressed the opposition leaders in the United India opposition rally organised by West Bengal Chief Minister Mamta Banerjee, started his speech in Bengali, taking the participants by surprise.
"The Modi government will now understand the strength of the opposition parties. BJP will see nothing but failure in the future. Modi government is functioning under the shadow of corporates. They claim that the government is corruption free. But, what happened in Rafale deal, Demonetisation are nothing but corruption."
While slamming the ruling party heavily, the DMK leader stated that the BJP government is incapable of taking firm actions against Nirav Modi and Vijay Mallya even though their crimes are proven.
He added, "The BJP government thinks that they do not have anyone to question their atrocities, yet here we are, standing together to question and make the government feel the heat."
