Talking to news persons here,  Mr Rangarajan said that a secular front government will be formed and all the constituents together will decide the next  Prime Minister.

He pointed out that BJP leader Subramanian Swamy himself had  stated that the vote percentage of the BJP will not increase this time  and  it could not secure more seats in the Lok Sabha election  as Prime Minister Narendra  Modi had failed to give powers to anyone.

The CPI(M) leader  said BJP will never respect laws adding that it had  failed to respect the laws pertaining to powers in a state or Union Territory.

The ruling of the  Madurai Bench of the Madras High Court on the powers conferred upon Lt.Governor Kiran Bedi  itself is an example to substantiate this, he added.
