Rajnath Singh likely to attend Jan 27 pro-CAA, NRC rally in Karnataka

Union Defence Minister Rajnath Singh is likely to attend the proposed mega rally in support of the Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA) and National Register of Citizens (NRC) on January 27.

The event, being organised by the district BJP unit, will be held at Goldfinch ground in Kulur preparations for which are underway.

The state BJP unit had planned the meet on January 19 with Union Home Minister Amit Shah as the key speaker but as the Home Minister participated in a program at Hubballi on that day, the proposed event in Mangaluru had to be postponed.
