Service hours: 05:00 am to 11:00 pm (First train departs at 05:00 am from all terminal and last train departs at 11:00 pm from all terminals)

CHENNAI: Chennai Metro rail will be operated normally from 17.10.2024 (Thursday) as per regular weekday schedule which includes resumption of Intercorridor services (Direct train from Chennai Central Metro to Airport Metro via Koyambedu, Vadapalani in Green Line).
Service hours: 05:00 am to 11:00 pm (First train departs at 05:00 am from all terminal and last train departs at 11:00 pm from all terminals)
Between 08:00 am to 11:00 am and 05:00pm to 08:00pm, Metro Trains will be available;
· Green Line: (Chennai Central Metro to St. Thomas Mount Metro)- Every 6 minutes
· Blue Line: (Airport to Wimco Nagar Depot) - Every 6 minutes
Between Washermenpet Metro & Arignar Anna Alandur Metro - Every 3 minutes
From 05:00am to 08:00am; 11:00am to 05:00pm and 08:00pm to 10:00pm, Metro Trains will be available every 7 minutes in both Blue Line and Green Line.
From 10:00pm and 11:00pm, trains will be available every 15 minutes.
Passengers are encouraged to utilize the services and plan their travel accordingly.
