 On the election results, BJP national spokesperson Gaurav Bhatia says, "It has become clear that the blessings of the people are with BJP... PM Narendra Modi does politics of uniting the people and on the other hand, Congress divides the country."

Chhattisgarh BJP President Arun Sao says, "The misgovernance of Congress is about to end. The lotus will bloom. Chhattisgarh will move forward on the path of development. Chhattisgarh will get the guarantee of PM Modi. The trends will be converted into reality and we will get more seats than the trends...Those who have looted the state will not be spared. The (CM) will be decided by the MLAs and the central leadership of the party. Very soon we will form the government in the state."

At present, the BJP is leading on 53 seats.

Rajasthan: Former CM and BJP candidate from Jhalrapatan, Vasundhara Raje leading by a margin of 51,484 votes after the 21st round of counting, garnering a total of 1,21,682 votes so far.

Rajasthan: BJP MP and candidate from Sawai Madhopur, Kirodi Lal Meena leading by a margin of 14,349 votes after the ninth round of counting, garnering a total of 35,892 votes so far.

Rajasthan: BJP MP and candidate from Tijara, Baba Balak Nath leading by a margin of 4807 votes after the 12th round of counting, garnering a total of 64,579 votes so far.

Rajasthan: BJP MP and candidate from Vidhyadhar Nagar, Diya Kumari leading by a margin of 56,025 votes after the 17th round of counting, garnering a total of 1,30,231 votes so far.
