Mukund was named in the Indian Test side to take on Bangladesh by evening, making it doubly sweet for the TN lad. Mukund hit six fours and two sixes in his breezy knock but Goa had lost the plot much before when they batted. After their openers SK Kamat and SA Asnodkar gave them a good start with a stand of 40 runs in 4.5 overs, the Goan batting fell apart. Asnodkar was the second to go at 88 in the eleventh over. That triggered a collapse as the next eight wickets fell for 19 runs.
