Shrikrishna bounces back to prevail over Kaavya

Kaavya Bharath won the first frame 100-79 after both the players made silly mistakes. After setting top table Shrikrishna left a red in the mouth. Kaavya failed to capitalise on the opening and eventually gave the frame to Shrikrishna. In the third frame, Kaavya started off well with a break of 52 and missed a drop cannon. Shrikrishna responded with 61 missing a red pot. 

With the acore at 6866 favouring Kaavya, an erratic shot by Kaavya helped Shrikrishna take a 2-1 lead. Shrikrishna opened with a break of 68 in the fourth frame and won it comfortably. Shrikrishna has won two of his three group matches before the last 32 stage. He plays Neeraj Kumar of Railways on Friday in the last match of the Round Robin League.
