Local League: Rohith hits ton in Grand Slam win
Grand Slam defeated CromBest by 15 runs in the VA Parthasarathy Memorial trophy on Monday. After being put in to bat, Grand Slam scored 244 for six with opener R Rohith slamming an unbeaten 121 off 140 balls with seven boundaries and two sixes.

Wicketkeeper S Lokeshwar (34) and K Bharath Shankar (39) chipped in with useful contributions. Right-arm medium pacer MV Vishal Sundar picked three wickets for 47 runs. In reply, CromBest was all out for 229 with four balls remaining. All-rounder Abhishek Tanwar took three for 31 while legspinner M Abhinav picked two for 50.
