TN records easy win over Assam
Tamil Nadu recorded a convincing 64-run win over Assam in the BCCI U-23 Women Elite C one-day tournament here on Friday. Opting to bat first, TN’s Arshi Choudhary scored 103 (125b, 13x4, 1x6) and added 117 runs off 107 balls for the fifth wicket with Pavithra Sridharan (48 not out), to guide her team to 214 for five in 50 overs.

In reply, Assam was restricted to 150 for eight as TN skipper SB Keerthana claimed three for six. Tamil Nadu received four points for the win.
