A product to enhance performance

The solution uses cutting-edge wearable sensor and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology to help optimise athletes’ performance, prevent injuries and expedite recovery. The partnership, between Sports Dynamix and Vayu Technology, will offer concierge services, telemedicine and virtual coaching.

The ultimate objective of the tie-up is to evolve sports science in India and take a data-driven approach, which could give Indian athletes a competitive advantage at the international level.

“We have been studying about it for quite some time now. After testing and assessment, we zeroed in on this product, which can be made use of across different sports. This can be used at the grassroot level as well as by elite athletes,” said Ramji, founder of Sports Dynamix, during a media interaction organised by SportsRuler on Sunday.

“This is completely a Make in India technology. We have enough firepower in our arsenal, especially in the sports industry. So, it needs to be harnessed pretty well,” added Ramji.

Karan, an athlete-turnedsports scientist, said: “Wearables are placed on the body while performing different activities across multiple disciplines. Athletes can then understand what their deficiencies and imbalances are from this machine, all within five minutes.”
