Resolve bus men issue: Stalin to CM
DMK working president MK Stalin has asked Chief Minister Edappadi K Palanisamy to immediately intervene and end the deadlocked talks between workers and transport department.

Talking to media persons here on Saturday, Stalin faulted the government in handling of the transport workers strike issue and said the Chief Minister should immediately intervene and help redress the grievances of workers by ending the impasse.
State Transport Minister MR Vijayabhaskar along with labour department has been holding talks with various transport workers’ unions for over a week now. Meanwhile, sources in the ministry said the minister could make an announcement that could possibly end the strike on Sunday. Social welfare officer meets Stalin.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, the controversial social welfare department officer Raja Meenakshi, who levelled corruption allegations against the department’s Minister V Saroja, called on Stalin and thanked him for expressing solidarity with her.
Talking to media persons at Anna Arivalayam, she said, “There is nothing political in the meeting. I am just thanking one by one all those leaders who had extended support to me.”
