Campus digitisation involves capturing all data regarding students at the time of admission such as name, date of birth, address, father/guardian/s name, registration number, course of study, duration of study, phone number, E-mail ID, Aadhaar number, biometrics, digital signature, attendance, thesis, publications and all his/ her certificates.

The entire carrier card of the student is kept in the cloud and as and when required by authorities, it can be accessed using the user name and password.

The students can also have access to their data, time table, exam dates and their internal assessment, hostel allotment and library journals using their ID. Online checking of certificates and certificate verification is available in the academic section.

Parents will be allowed to access and find out their wards’ performance (attendance, marks scored or any other issues). Already, all student data pertaining to each and every student of JIPMER (MBBS, MD/ MS, DM/MCH, Ph D, Bsc Nursing, Bsc MLT, Msc Nursing, MPH courses) from 2008 onwards had been digitised.
