International Science Fest at Chennai in October
Ministry of Science and Technology will conduct an International Science Festival here that will bring in several scientists from various parts of the country, Union Minister Harsha Vardhan said on Saturday.

The Ministry would soon come out with a detailed programme about the event to be hosted later this year, the Union Minister for Science and Technology and Earth sciences said.
“I would also like to use this occasion to announce that this year the Science and Technology Ministry is organizing the India International Science Festival in Chennai (scheduled to be held) from October 13 to 16”, he said.
The Minister was talking to reporters after unveiling a new building for the National Centre for Sustainable Coastal Management here at Anna University.
