In a tweet, Pandiarajan said he was working for a dignified, value-based merger.

“No truth in planted rumours of my shifting - am only working for a dignified, value-based merger of Amma’s devotees under #OPS leadership!” said the tweet posted by him on Saturday. He also tweeted, ‘On the way to #Coimbatore for 12th Dharma Yuddham today (Saturday) at Codissia under leadership of Damodaran (ex Min), Arun, Ram &Chinraj!’

‘Dharmya Yuddham’ is an initiative by Panneerselvam against the leadership of V K Sasikala and seeking a CBI probe into the death of former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa, he said. On Friday, Nanjil Sampath had told media persons that Dinakaran and Divakaran have joined together and Panneerselvam will be left alone.

“It is the unified wish of AIADMK cadres that AIADMK (Amma) deputy general secretary Dinakaran and Divakaran, brother of party general secretary Sasikala, to be united. OPS camp will soon be empty and he will be left alone,” Nanjil Sampath, a staunch loyalist of Sasikala and Dinakaran had stated.
