Swine flu kills electrician in Krishnagiri

Police said Muniraj, 40, an electrician from Chinna Thallapalli village near Krishnagiri was down with fever and was admitted to a private hospital a few days ago. His blood samples had tested positive for swine flu. However, he died despite treatment.

However, G Ashok Kumar, Joint director of Public Health Services in Krishnagiri district, said the health department is awaiting the hospital report to check if it was actually a death due to swine flu.
