Cash seized from house of TTV lawyer
The Income Tax Department raids continued for the second consecutive day in Kodanad Estate and establishments owned by those in close links with sidelined AIADMK leader VK Sasikala and her family members.

On the second day of the searches, police claimed to have seized unaccounted cash and documents from the house of TTV Dinakaran’s lawyer S Senthil in Namakkal district. Even Senthil’s assistant Pandian was not spared as the I-T teams continued their searches for the second day in his residence.
At Kodanad Estate, the palatial house of former CM J Jayalalithaa, the raids continued for the second day. Similarly, the financial transactions of Sajeevan, who executed most of the interior works in the Kodanad Estate, were being probed by the I-T sleuths. He also runs a timber mill The Nilgiris and owns an office and godown in Coimbatore.
Further the raids continued on the establishments of sand contractor O Arumugasamy, who is also the chairman of Senthil Group of Companies. Police said that they seized several incriminating documents and large quantity of unaccounted cash.
