Modi pic case: TTV men granted bail

Modi, visited Kanniyakumari, on December 19, to meet the kin of deceased and missing fishermen and he was accompanied by the Chief Minister. However a photo of Palaniswami receiving Modi was circulated in social media in which it was shown that the Modi’s photo was present in the pocket of Palaniswami’s shirt. There was a comment that Palaniswami had shifted his loyalty from former Chief Minister J Jayalalithaa to Modi.

But, a lawyer’s wing in Kanniyakumari filed a complaint at Kanniyakumari town Police station saying that the photo was morphed. A case was filed and inquiries found that members of IT wing of TTV Dhinakaran had morphed the photo.
