When the petition was heard by Justices Kirubakaran and Dharani, they raised the question that whether the candidates would have bribed all the exams conducted after outsourcing method was followed and also questioned that how can candidates who passed the exams by giving bribe work honestly. The bench also directed the chief secretary to provide details on the number of cases filed against such candidates, who had passed the exams by offering bribe and also on the action taken on the cases and on the candidates.
Also the chief secretary was directed to furnish details of the ongoing investigation in such pending cases in two weeks and adjourned the case.
