The retired police officer, who spent around 3 hours at the commission, refused to entertain any questions from the media after his meeting with Justice A Arumughaswamy.
Meanwhile, sources revealed that Jayalalithaa’s cook Rajammal had claimed during her deposition that she did not recall seeing Jayalalithaa’s niece J Deepa at Poes Garden, but has seen Deepak. She also stated that there was no presence of henchmen at the ex-CM’s residence as claimed by Deepa and that the latter had not been attacked on the premises. However, Deepa refuted these statements and raised suspicion that Rajammal might have been forced to say this out of fear for her life. She questioned how Rajammal is aware of her brother Deepak. She suspected some foul play.
