The cache contains 2,956 pages of around 450 documents. Sasikala is expected to submit her affidavit in 15 days.

Meanwhile, the proceedings of the commission have been adjourned for a week on account of Justice Arumughasamy’s illness. All depositions scheduled for the week have been postponed for now. Sasikala's nephew Vivek Jayaraman, Jayalalithaa's cook, as well as her driver Kannan were due to appear this week. The commission is expected to reconvene on March 6.

The Commission had earlier sent summons to Sasikala, now lodged in the Parappana Agrahara Central Jail in Bengaluru, to appear before the commission on December 21. She had requested the commission for all testimonies and evidence submitted against her as per the provisions of the Commissions of Inquiry Act, 1952.
