Speaking to reporters on Saturday here, she said that the Centre has proposed a nine-member panel for discussing the process of the Cauvery Management Board formation. “It itself is a positive sign,” she said. Among the nine, five are permanent members and four are the representatives of concerned state involved in the issue. “The rights of Tamil Nadu would definitely be secured,” she added.
