AIADMK working for BJP’s victory in Karnataka: Stalin

Addressing reporters, Stalin said, “The state is working hand in glove with the Centre against the farming community in the state.” “Given its high stakes in pollbound Karnataka, the state government is working overtime to support the BJP for ensuring its victory in Karnataka,” he accused. 

He urged the ruling AIADMK to convene a Cabinet meeting and pass resolution that should condemn Prime Minister, who should have implemented the Supreme Court order by March 29, he said and added that the state government should only focus on issues faced by people in Tamil Nadu. 

“Deputy Chief Minister O Panneerselvam earlier kept saying let us be patient till March 29. But, nothing happened so far,” he alleged. 

“There was a Cabinet meeting on March 29. However, no one knew what transpired in the meeting,” he added while responding to a question.
