‘e-linking of courts to help judiciary, public’
Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Department (HR&CE)Minister Sevoor S Ramachandran on Friday inaugurated a training programme for e-seva operators in linking e-court details in Tiruvannamalai.

The minister in his inaugural address said that this programme was aimed at providing quick information to courts and judicial officers. This move of the government would ensure speedy delivery of justice.
He said that through the new facility litigants could know case status, court orders, verdicts and all related issues without going to courts.
The e-court online service will connect all courts in the State, besides providing access to the Supreme Court site, he added.
Collector KS Kandasamy, PA (G) S Janaki, trainee collector M Prathap, DRO P Rathinasamy, district judge G Maghizhendhi, additional district judge (Arni) S Devanathan and principal sub judge M Sriram were present.
Till September this year, Tiruvannamalai has provided 1.30 lakh certificates through 474 centres.
The minister said that the district ranked first in the State in issuance of certificates online.
