Kamal’s Cuddalore tour today

As per the schedule released by the party headquarters, the actor-politician would take part in three educational events on Friday.

“On Saturday, he will participate in village meetings organised in Gunamangalam and Adhisayanatham villages apart from interacting with MNM party members and the general public at Devanampattinam, Mandarakuppam and Virudhachalam,” a party spokesperson said.

He would participate at state-level public meeting organised by Tamil Nadu Government Employees Union at Manjakuppam Ground on Sunday evening after interacting with the MNM district, assembly constituencies, area in-charges and other party functionaries.

Kamal, who has been emphasising the importance of grama sabha meetings in to ensure corruption-free governance, has started conducting such meetings in April last year.  Kamal conducted the first such meeting last year marking the 25th anniversary of 73rd and 74th Amendments.
