Tamilisai among BJP probables for Lok Sabha polls
Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan, BJP state president Tamilisai Soundararajan, BJP state general secretary Vanathi Srinivasan, prominent leaders H Raja, L Ganesan and CP Radhakrishnan are the big names making rounds in the BJP circle as the probable party candidates in the upcoming Lok Sabha polls.

Puthiya Needhi Katchi founder AC Shanmugham and Indhiya Jananayagaka Katchi founder TR Pachamuthu are also to contest in the BJP symbol, BJP sources told DT Next.
“Buoyed by the successful seat-sharing talks between the BJP and Shiv Sena in Maharashtra, the saffron party will now focus on Tamil Nadu.
The party will also invite applications from the aspirants in the coming week and the list of possible candidates is already shortlisted,” an informed BJP leader said. Union Minister Pon Radhakrishnan is likely to take part in the election-related discussions on Tuesday and Wednesday.
“SRM University chancellor and BJP candidate TR Pachamuthu is likely to contest in Perambalur seat again. Similarly, Radhakrishnan who trounced Congress candidate H Vasantha Kumar in Kanniyakumari will contest again there,” the sources said.
The BJP is also keen on south Chennai and Central Chennai. Names of the BJP national secretary H Raja and Tamilisai are making rounds for the high-profile city seats.
Coir Board chairman CP Radhakrishnan and Vanathi are eyeing the Coimbatore seat. In case if there are no other options one of them may shift to Pollachi seat, sources confirmed.
