Speaking to DT Next, Arivarasu said, “We will be releasing the first single, Snowlin from our album titled Therukural (Word on the Road) in a few hours. The song will be a monologue sung from Snowlin’s standpoint on the Thoothukudi firing incident and what the country is going through currently. There will also be mentions of Asifa’s case in which Snowlin refers to her as her sister.”
He added, “The album comprises six songs and Snowlin will be a fitting tribute for the first-year remembrance of the Sterlite shootout in Thoothukudi. This song is sung by me (Arivarasan) and Ofro is the co-singer. It will have a blend of both melody and rap. The song is produced by Pa Ranjith’s Neelam Productions for the band Casteless Collective.”
