State sets up 24-hour helpline
The Tamil Nadu government has set up 24-hour Helpline numbers to advise those who are unwell or are showing symptoms of Coronavirus. Public can call 044-29510400 or 044-29510500 or over mobile 94443 40496 or 87544 48477.

According to a media release, if anyone is suffering from the symptoms associated with coronavirus, they are advised to call any of these numbers and a team will visit the patient and conduct an assessment. “A team will visit you to assess and decide if you need testing/home quarantine/hospitalisation,” said the statement.

For technical queries, people have been told to contact the 24/7 Health Ministry Control Room helpline number +91-11-23978046 or email at ncov2019@gmail.com.
