Cancellation & diversion of trains in Chennai-Sullurpeta route

Several suburban trains on Chennai - Sullurpeta route would be fully cancelled and express trains partially cancelled/diverted owing to line block permitted for facilitating engineering maintenance works between Sullurupeta and Tada on the up line in Gudur – Chennai section of Chennai Division.’

CHENNAI: Several suburban trains on Chennai - Sullurpeta route would be fully cancelled and express trains partially cancelled/diverted owing to line block permitted for facilitating engineering maintenance works between Sullurupeta and Tada on the up line in Gudur – Chennai section of Chennai Division.’

MMC (Moore Market Complex) - Sullurupeta MEMU Express Special leaving MMC at 05.20 hrs, 7.45hrs and 13.15hrs on 23rd, 27th and 30th September, 2022 will be fully cancelled.

Sullurupeta - Nellore MEMU Express Special leaving Sullurupeta at 07.50 hrs, 10.00hrs and 15.50hrs on 23rd, 27th and 30th September, 2022 will be fully cancelled.

Nellore - Sullurupeta MEMU Express Special leaving Nellore at 10.15 hrs and 18.15hrs on 23rd, 27th and 30th September, 2022 will be fully cancelled.

Sullurupeta - MMC MEMU Express Special leaving Sullurupeta at 12.35 hrs, 18.35hrs and 20.45hrs on 23rd, 27th and 30th September, 2022 is fully cancelled.

Gudur Junction - Sullurupeta MEMU Express Special leaving Gudur Junction at 17.15 hrs on 23rd, 27th and 30th September, 2022 is fully cancelled, a statement issued by Southern Railway said.

Train No. 12711 Vijayawada – Dr. MGR Chennai Central Pinakini Express leaving Vijayawada at 06.10 hrs on 23rd, 27th and 30th September will be partially cancelled between Gudur Junction and Dr. MGR Chennai Central. The train will run from Vijayawada to Gudur.

Train No. 12712 Dr. MGR Chennai Central - Vijayawada Pinakini Express leaving Dr. MGR Chennai Central at 14.10 hrs on 23rd, 27th and 30th September will be partially cancelled between Dr.MGR Chennai Central and Gudur Junction. The train will commence journey from Gudur Junction at its scheduled departure time of 16.20 hrs towards Vijayawada.

Train no 12642 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Kanniyakumari Bi-Weekly Superfast Express, train no 12665 Howrah – Kanniyakumari Weekly Superfast Express, train no 22841 Santragachi – Tambaram Weekly Superfast Express, train no 12612 Hazrat Nizamuddin – Dr. MGR Chennai Central Garibrath Weekly Superfast Express, train no 22645 Indore – Kochuveli Weekly Superfast Express and train no 13351 Dhanbad – Alappuzha Express of 26th September will be diverted.
