Stalin inaugurates bridges constructed at 58 cr
The Chief Minister also inaugurated new buildings constructed at Annai Sathya government home for children in Ramanathapuram at the cost of Rs 4.79 crore.
CHENNAI: Chief Minister MK Stalin on Friday inaugurated six bridges including two Railway over bridges constructed in Dharmapuri, Salem, Cuddalore and Villupuram district at the total cost of Rs 58.43 crore.
The two Railway over bridges were constructed at Dharmapuri and Salem district. In Dharmapuri district, the Railway over bridge was constructed for a distance of 623.3 metres in Adhiyamankottai at the cost of Rs 12.7 crore and in Salem district, the Railway over bridge was constructed for a distance of 688.8 meters at Tholasampatti at the cost of Rs 18.44 crore.
The Chief Minister also inaugurated new buildings constructed at Annai Sathya government home for children in Ramanathapuram at the cost of Rs 4.79 crore. The home was functioning in a rented building and now the building has been constructed with a ground floor and two floors in a total area of 17,372 square feet. In the new building, 75 children can be accommodated. The new building has rooms for children, kitchen, dining hall, office room, guest room, multipurpose hall, training rooms, toilets and bathrooms.
