Tender irregularities case: HC quashes one FIR against Velumani

A division bench of Madras High Court comprising Justices PN Prakash and RMT Teekaa Raman quashed one FIR filed by DVAC against the former LA minister SP Velumani and rejected the AIADMK leader's plea to quash another FIR.;
