If you have injured yourself, you may have immediate pain, tenderness, swelling, bruising, and restricted movement in the affected area. These symptoms may only be noticeable several hours after playing. However, if you feel pain, you should stop exercising, regardless of whether your injury happened suddenly or if you have had the pain for a while. If you continue to exercise with the injury, it may cause further damage and slow down your recovery. If the injury is minor, you do not need to see a doctor but can rest at home. The best way to lose weight is to make small but realistic changes to your diet. Also, the amount of physical activity you can do depends on your age. Avoid exercising more than what you are capable of. Also, you should learn to balance the amount of calories you consume with the amount of calories you burn.
