Eating a diet rich in protein and vital vitamins and minerals is an essential prerequisite to healthy hair growth. Using castor oil also helps as it promotes hair growth naturally. Massaging promotes blood flow to the scalp, which in turn stimulates the hair follicles. In addition, try hot oil treatment once a week. Stress is one of the most important factors that contribute to hair loss. It is believed that stress can disrupt the normal hair cycle and trigger hairs to enter the telogen or fall-out phase. Eat a lot of vegetables, especially green peas, cauliflower, leafy greens and cucumbers. Ginger too proves to be helpful, as it has natural anti-inflammatory properties. Non-citrus fruits and lean meats are advisable. Stay away from egg yolks, as they are high in fat and may trigger reflux symptoms. Lastly, reduce your intake of fatty foods.
