If you are someone who easily gets the chills, avoid staying outdoors when it is cold. Try to keep moving, rather than shrinking into the sofa as this generates heat and improves flexibility and the range of joint movements. What do I to treat dust allergies? - David Mittra

Avoid cleaning your house without a mask. Avoid keeping carpets in your house, especially in your bedroom, as that is where most of the dust collects. Avoid pets on your bed, as not only their fur is a cause for allergy, but also because they carry dust from around the house. Ensure you dry your mattresses and pillows out in the sun often. Change your bed and pillow covers on a weekly basis. Avoid driving or stepping outdoors without a mask. - Dr Selvarathnam, a pulmonologist
