Kareena’s fitness regime might stun you

Actress Kareena Kapoor Khan has always been disciplined when it comes to fitness. No matter what happens, Bebo doesn’t compromise on her workouts. This might sound insane, but what we heard is that the actress has been sweating it out in the gym for almost 5 hours a day!

She’s currently filming Veere Di Wedding, in which she has two different looks. 

“My aim is not just to lose the weight I had put on. I don’t want to do it overnight. It may take long, but I want to feel light, happy and energetic throughout the process. And that is important,” she said. Her fitness formula is a mix of cardio, yoga exercises and dance. “I do a plenty of cardio exercises such as running, biking, swimming and when I am shooting outdoors, I love going for long walks. If I am going to the gym, it’s not about getting size zero. So many people and girls were like, ‘Why does she have to leave her baby and go to the gym?’ I read these comments and I feel that’s the most stupid thing ever because having a child doesn’t mean you can’t feel good.If you are feeling good, if your mental health is good then every other things in life fall in place. Taimur is happy and everyone is happy,” the 37-year-old actress said. 

Interestingly, Kareena has already enrolled her one-year-old son Taimur Ali Khani in a kids fitness centre in Mumbai. 

Bebo starts her day with either a glass of skimmed milk or fruit juice and she totally emphasizes on having vegetarian foods. “I am a big foodie. So, I eat everything and enjoy them, but then I make it a point to not miss my workout. I drink lots of water and eat in moderation.” Nuts and soya milk are also parts of her meals. She also likes to take sugar and ghee but in moderate quantity and keeps away from rice.
