Fitness Mantra: Sushant’s workout will give you major fitness goals

Besides his good looks and sculpted physique, it is his great potential that puts Sushant Singh Rajput in the league of ace Bollywood actors in today’s time.

The good-looking actor and dance reality show star has indeed come a long way. And what keeps him looking fit and fab is all the hard work he puts into his fitness regime. His well-toned body is a result of serious workouts and staying active, which not only included gym time but also other activities like dancing, martial arts,  horse riding, tennis, etc. 

Recently, the Kai Po Che actor posted a video, where he can be seen doing a variation of clap push ups, with an energy level that could make anyone feel really weak. “I am not really a gym person. But to keep fit I sweat it out in the gym at least four days in a week. This helps me burn the excess calories, reduces the risk of contracting high blood pressure and keeps problems like heart diseases and diabetes at bay,” said the actor. 

Sushant has a secret love for martial arts and makes it a point to include it in his daily regimen. He practises Wing Chun Kung Fu, a Chinese martial art and self defence form that utilises both grappling and striking for specialising in closerange combat. “Regular practice of Wing Chun Kung Fu improves arm strength, helps in having a better posture, increases legs strength, burns excess body fat and makes the body flexible,” Sushant explained. 

He has never defined himself to be a foodie. Instead, he believes in eating right at the right time. To avoid eating the unhealthy meal, he always keeps a bowl of sprouts handy and reaches out to them to control his hunger pangs. He maintains a safe distance from fried foods and tempting sweets and prefers to have chicken and rice for his dinner on almost all days.
