However, to be a success in the south and have an equal fan-following in other parts of the country, doesn’t come easy. The beautiful belle is known for her rigorous fitness routine, that in all honest doesn’t seem very hard to follow.
The first step, according to the actress, is chalking a ‘functional’ routine. By this, she means that one needs to keep in mind their timing, ability, nature of their body, limitations and strengths, etc. and figure out what works best for them. For example, for a stay-at-home parent who has his/her hands full with taking care of the household and a child, hitting the gym for hours every day might not seem the best option. Resorting to yoga or setting up a mini gym at home would be the best.
Youngsters tend to get bored easily of the same monotonous work out so mixing things up like cardio on one day, running, playing a sport and indulging in exercises hat boost endurance, strength, flexibility, balance and stability, would be wiser. Tamannaah not only preaches this advice but also practices it, which is evident from all her posts on Instagram and the Internet.
Did you know that coconut water is her best friend, not just to quench her thirst but keep her healthy? A recent picture on her social media profile, of her sipping on a tender coconut in between a shoot captured the hearts of many of her fans but there’s more to it — she apparently learnt from her friend and nutritionist Rashi Chowdhary that, “Mineral-rich coconut water with the malai (pulp) as a snack keeps my skin hydrated! The yummy malai gives me good fat to stay in shape,” posted the actor.
