Vijay likely to team up with Sudha for his 65th film

Even before the release of Thalapathy Vijay’s Master with Lokesh Kanagaraj, there have been a lot of speculations about the director of his next. A few days ago, internet was abuzz with rumours that director Maghizh Thirumeni of Thadam fame has narrated a script to Vijay and is likely to direct his 65th film.

However, the latest we hear is that, acclaimed filmmaker Sudha Kongara has been roped in to the direct the film and the team has already started working on the pre-production. A source in the know of things says, “Sun Pictures, which had bankrolled Vijay’s Sarkar, has expressed their interest to produce his 65th film as well. Vijay, too, agreed and had asked Sudha Kongara to narrate the script to the production house. Nothing has been finalised yet. An official announcement will be made in a month’s time.”

Meanwhile, we also hear that the climax sequence of Lokesh Kanagaraj’s project featuring Vijay and Vijay Sethupathi is currently being shot in Neyveli Lignite Corporation. The actor will be seen playing the role of a professor in the film and it is touted to be a complete action entertainer.
